We offer a one-year warranty from the date of installation. This warranty covers both materials and labor related to the vinyl wrap. During this period, we guarantee that the vinyl wrap will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions.

Warranty Inclusions

MATERIALS:

We will replace any sections of the vinyl wrap that exhibit manufacturing defects such as bubbling, peeling, or fading, provided these issues are due to faults in the vinyl material itself.

LABOR:

We will cover the labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of any defective vinyl wrap, ensuring that your vehicle looks as good as new.

WARRANTY EXCLUSION THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING:

Pre-existing Conditions: Any issues arising from pre-existing conditions on the vehicle, such as paint or clear coat that is peeling, flaking, or otherwise compromised before the wrap installation.

DAMAGE FROM EXTERNAL FACTORS:

Any damage caused by external factors including but not limited to accidents, collisions, vandalism, harsh chemicals, pressure washing, and environmental elements such as bird droppings, tree sap, or extreme weather conditions.

IMPROPER USE:

Damage resulting from improper use, care, or maintenance of the wrapped surface, including but not limited to improper cleaning techniques or use of
abrasive materials.

UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATIONS: 

Any alterations or modifications made to the vinyl wrap by anyone other than our authorized technicians.
Claims Process To make a claim under this warranty, please follow these steps:

Notify us within the warranty period by contacting our customer service department

INSPECTION: 

We will arrange an inspection of the vehicle to assess the defect.

RESOLUTION: 

If the defect is covered under this warranty, we will schedule a time to repair or replace the affected area at no cost to you.

FINAL TERMS

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the vinyl wrap. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
